Pricing FAQ

Pricing answers for private beta buyers and developers.

This page explains what is live, what is disabled, what is priced, and how to evaluate cost honestly.

Does signup work?

Yes. Free sandbox signup is live and redirects to the dashboard with a session cookie.

Is checkout enabled?

No. Paid checkout remains hidden during private beta. Paid plans are reservation/request flows until billing is separately activated and verified.

What is the main pricing unit?

Processed video hours. The goal is to materialize durable World-State, evidence, timelines, and cost artifacts that can be queried repeatedly.

Are queries free?

No. Agents may still use text tokens and application compute. Ayneye reduces repeated video-understanding work; it does not remove all cost.

Is this cheaper than every GPU video model?

No. The comparison depends on workload shape. GPU models may be better for subtle semantics and high-complexity scenes.

What happens if a video is hard?

The output should expose confidence, review flags, fallback mode, and cost impact rather than pretending all scenes are equal.

Why is retention priced?

Artifacts must be stored, secured, and made available to dashboards and APIs. Retention affects storage and compliance posture.

Can teams request more capacity?

Yes, higher beta capacity should go through a capacity review before activation.
